The purpose of this page is to inform you, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), to inform you about what information we collect about you, why and how we use your information, what your rights are regarding the personal data we use, and how you can exercise them in accordance with the GDPR.

What information do we collect about you?

We use the data for processing for marketing purposes. In order to provide you with appropriate technical support when using our website, we use cookies. How do we use data for marketing purposes?

For marketing purposes, we process the contact details you provide when filling out the contact form:
– Your first name, last name
– Your email address
– Your telephone number
As part of our marketing campaigns, we occasionally announce competitions for our company’s marketing items, gift vouchers, or goods from our range. The announcement is made either through our website or social networks (Facebook, Instagram). If you enter the competition and become a winner, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the prize. We use all personal data used in marketing on the legal basis of legitimate interest and store it for marketing purposes for a period of 2 years from the date you fill out the contact form or provide your email address when subscribing to commercial communications.

What rights does the GDPR give you and how can you exercise them with us?

Right to access information and right to correct it. Whenever you wish in the future, you can send us a message to mladakatarina@gmail.com requesting confirmation of whether or not we are processing your personal data. If your personal data is being processed by us, we can, at your request, provide you with information beyond that provided in the General Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy, and the document containing information about the use of cookies, about any third parties to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed. If we do not obtain personal data from you, you have the right to all information available to us about where we obtained your personal information. If we process your personal data incorrectly, you can notify us of this fact by sending a message to the email address mladakatarina@gmail.com, and we will correct the incorrect personal data without undue delay. You can request the deletion of personal data that is not necessary for further processing by sending a written request to mladakatarina@gmail.com.

The right to object to the processing of personal data.

Even if we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing, including objections to the processing of personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes. You can do so by sending a message to mladakatarina@gmail.com. If you file such an objection, we will evaluate without undue delay to what extent we can, in accordance with the law, assert the legitimacy of our reasons for processing your personal data through the objections you have raised and how we will handle your personal data in the meantime. If we cannot demonstrate our legitimate reasons for processing, we will no longer process your personal data.

Right to restrict the processing of personal data.
You have the right to request that we restrict any processing of your personal data, including its deletion, i.e. that we stop handling it:

  • if you inform us that the personal data we collect is inaccurate, until its accuracy is verified.
  • if the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you request, instead of erasure, the restriction of its use by sending a message to the email address

  • if we no longer need your personal data to provide our services, but you need it to exercise your rights.
  • if you object to the processing referred to in the paragraph above, until we verify whether our reasons for processing outweigh your interests. If you find that we are processing your personal data:

  • if you object under the paragraph above and we are unable to demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, your rights and freedoms or the exercise or defense of legal claims, and/or
  • you have the right to request that we delete such personal data without undue delay from your notification of such facts by sending a message to the email address mladakatarina@gmail.com. However, we cannot delete the data even at your request if its processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of one of our legal obligations or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or for the determination, exercise, or defense of our legal claims.

The right to receive data in a machine-readable format.

If you send us a message to mladakatarina@gmail.com requesting that we provide you with the personal data we process, we will send it to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g., *.xls, *.csv, or similar format). If you request us to send your personal data to another personal data controller, we will of course comply with your request.

The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
